TELEPHONE CONSULTATION Detail questions concerning design, remodel or remediation are subject to a consulting fee. Currently, this fee is $100 per hour charged in 1/2 hour increments. You will be advised when the consulting fee is to be applied. POLICIES Shipping and Handling All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are figured by weight and will be added to orders automatically. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive regular ground delivery. International orders including Canada are shipped via US Parcel Post Airmail. You will be notified by email of the shipping charges before your order is shipped. On International orders the buyer is responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees, duties. etc. Back Orders We strive to keep the high demand products in stock, however, several of the more expensive meters or those items available from Europe are only ordered when orders are taken. We will email or call you as to the status of such orders. Payment We accept Visa and Mastercard only. All currency is in US Dollars. Your credit card will be charged once the order is received. You will receive a confirming email and an invoice for your records. Tax Rates Tax rate of 7% applies ONLY to Florida State residents. OUR PRIVACY POLICY We NEVER sell, rent or share our customer list with anyone. We will always ensure your private information remains private. Read our privacy policy. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Courses: 200 Series CC and IBE 101 can be cancelled without any reason being given during the first week. Shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. You must obtain authorization from IBE before sending the course back. Your return request must be no later than 5 business days from the day of UPS recorded delivery. Please be advised that all course materials are copyright protected. Students may not copy, print or distribute course materials or parts of them without the written permission of IBE, Clearwater, FL. Purchase of the OLSP Course packs are final and not refundable. Seminars: Any student unable to attend a seminar 45 days prior to the seminar is entitled to either a refund, less a 15% administrative fee, or the student can elect to apply this course fee to a future seminar. Cancellations less than 45 days prior to a seminar will be treated as a credit and applied to a future IBE seminar or event. Products: You must obtain authorization from IBE before you send any Product back. Return request must be no later that 5 business days from the day you received it. You must email us a tracking number after your product has been sent. You are responsible for shipping charges and insurance on your return. The product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. Used products cannot be credited back or exchanged for a new product. The product is subject to a final inspection before your return is processed. In the case of a return a refund will be sent to you via a check. Shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Allow 1-2 weeks for processing. In the case of an exchange, you are responsible for all applicable reshipping costs and fees.
