As president of the Board Larry is committed helping guide the Institute toward fulfilling its mission to become a leader in educating the public about the positive role that our built environment can play in maintaining and improving the health of the people. Larry’s professional background includes increasingly responsible engineering and management positions with two Fortune 500 companies over a period of 25 years. After a number of years of training and education through IBE, Larry opened his own environmental consultancy in 1993. Larry received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a masters degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin. He is a Certified Building Biology Environmental Assessor, a Certified Mold Remediator and a Certified Electromagnetic Radiation Safety Advisor.
