| Good Stewardship
|
| We take seriously our responsibility to be wise stewards of
funds entrusted to us. Despite the struggling economy,
more than 11,000 individuals were served by IBE in 2009,
a record number for a single year. We intend to come out
of this financial crisis a stronger organization in
2010. We will do that by staying true to our roots—by
continuing to serve a world that needs healthy
enviroments more than ever. Our 2009 Annual report and
financial statement will be available in Jan 2010.

IBE
announces Michael Conn as IBE's new executive director.
Michael comes to us from thirty years in marketing and
sales, having led a regional company, as managing
partner, to national then international prominence in
the advertising industry. Concepts in ongoing
development at IBE have merged with Michael's vision for
our future, and are already gliding into place.
